Wu Chow brings farm-fresh, modern Chinese food to the city of Austin. Executive Chef Ji Peng Chen puts an innovative twist on traditional recipes of the eight styles of Chinese cuisine: Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Szechuan, and Shejiiang. 
About Chef Ji Peng Chen

Chef Ji Peng Chen is a master of Sichuan and Cantonese cooking styles with over 40 years of experience as a chef working primarily in New York City’s Chinatown and Queens and now here in Austin, Texas. The recipes he used to create the basis for Wu Chow’s menu originated from his family’s  and traditional cooking centuries ago. 

He is proud to take these traditions and introduce them to Austin, Texas with a newer modern twist to create a unique, local experience that will tantalize the tastebuds of the locals.
