Friends around the city join a table of 4 to 12 for dinner at one of the many participating restaurants across Greater Austin. The options range from more affordable mom’n’pop restaurants all the way to fine-dining restaurants – or even private chef experiences hosted in the comfort of someone’s home!

Table sale opens March 16th.

To participate, restaurants and private chefs agree to donate a table for 4 to 12 guests which includes a minimum of three courses and drink/wine pairings. Asian Eats ATX will recruit the table host, sell the seats, and ensure each patron is informed of where to go and what to expect. Gratuity for staff will be coordinated by the restaurants and Asian Eats ATX.

Most hosts prefer to purchase the entire table and invite their friends to join for an evening of fun. Some hosts like to invite a few friends and leave the table open to others or to have their guests cover their individual share of the table price. Whatever the preferred way of filling the seats, the goal is to fill all 4 to 12 seats to raise funds to support GAACC Foundation programming.

Of course! That is the preferred method of hosting. The Asian Eats ATX Table Sales open in March 2026.

Whether you attended a dinner or not, everyone is welcome to attend Asian Eats After Dark! Join us for complimentary treats and live performances at Wanderlust Wine Co. on the night of April 25th.
