SAZAN places heavy emphasis on the aesthetic of their restaurant, which combines Japanese modern interiors with a nod to Scandinavian hygge and French architecture to create an inviting space. The main course itself is a humble-yet-sophisticated and painstakingly-created tori paitan ramen. Tori paiten is a creamy, chicken-based cousin of the more popular pork-based tonkotsu broth. Creating it involves hours of boiling chicken till the gelatin and collagen fully emulsify, producing a rich and exquisite flavor found uniquely at Sazan.

- Steamies Dumplings
- Edamame Steamed soybeans in their pods. tossed with sea salt.
