About Head Chef Saine Wong:
Saine Wong is a born-and-raised chef coming from Los Angeles. Starting his culinary journey right out of high school, Saine attended Le Cordon Bleu of Miami. Throughout his career, Chef Saine has cooked in multiple cuisines consisting of Japanese, Italian, French, Belgian, and American. In 2018, Chef Saine took an 18-month break from cooking to travel the world: studying food, culture, and ingredients. Visiting 26 different countries in his travels, Chef Saine brings his lessons, knowledge, and experience to Toshokan where he merges flavors and ingredients he has studied throughout his travels and culinary experience.
