DINNER DESCRIPTION

Uroko is offering up to 8 diners a truly authentic 12-course omakase experience with the finest ingredients they have to offer. The chef will prepare one piece of fish at a time, announce its name and origin, then answer any questions.

By ceding the ordering process to the decisions of a skilled chef, diners will get to witness the impeccable knife work of a veteran sushi chef as well as immerse themselves in the artistic performance of the craft.

* Due to the omakase (chef’s choice) approach to this dining experience, dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.
