Toshokan is pleased to offer a 14-course omakase dinner for 6 consisting of a mixture of seasonal, traditional, and fusion fare inspired by world travel and flavors. In essence, you are buying out this restaurant! You and your guests will have the place to yourselves.

Take a journey through Chef Saine’s experience and his culinary past. Enjoy innovative flavors and ingredients from different cuisines around the world that are carefully crafted to fuse with traditional sushi techniques and dishes.

Each seating creates an unforgettable intimate experience for everyone. Sit at the chef’s counter where you can watch, interact, and even participate in your dining experience.
