DINNER DESCRIPTION

Zaviya Grill is pleased to offer the following family-style dining experience for 10 guests:

Appetizer (for the table) – Family Grill Platter An infused platter of Beef Bihari Kabab, Chicken Malai Boti, Beef Seekh Kabab, Chicken Tikka Leg, and Chicken Boti
Chicken Biryani (x2) Seasoned long-grained fragrant Basmati rice sautéed with fresh garlic, ginger, cumin, tomatoes, onions & fresh blend spices and herbs; served with Raita – a traditional Indian side of yogurt whipped with seasoning
Chicken Karahi (x2) Tender chicken pieces in authentic-style Karahi, cooked with tomato-based butter cream sauce, serrano peppers, and other traditional spices & herbs
Palak Paneer (Saag Paneer) A smooth and creamy spinach sauce infused with special blend of house spices creating a delicious base for pan-seared paneer
Naan (half garlic, half plain) Flat bread baked in clay oven to perfection
Gajjar Halwa Carrot-based sweet dessert pudding made with shredded carrots, ghee, milk, sugar and a bit of cardamom.

If this table sells for more than $1,500:
- The winning bidder and all table guests will receive FREE General Admission tickets to AEATX After Dark. Asian Eats ATX staff will follow up with the winning bidder to distribute coupon codes for these tickets.
