Chef Pham’s Dumpling Class
About Chef Uyen Pham:
Graduating from the Culinary Institute of America at the top of her class, Chef Pham later worked and apprenticed at some of NYC’s finest restaurants owned by Danny Meyer, Alfred Portale, Anita Lo, Andrew Carmellini, and Gray Kunz.
After nearly a decade of living on the East Coast, she then moved to Seattle and worked at Farestart before opening her own restaurant, Dumpling Dojo. It was during that 3-year stint in the Pacific Northwest that she discovered her true passion; teaching others the joys the culinary arts.
Her personal mission statement is:
“I believe that everyone has the ability to learn if given the opportunity combined with desire and receptivity. It is my goal as a chef and educator to provide the best skills, experiences and practices possible to meet the needs of every student, colleague and client with whom I work. With high expectations, focus, interactive learning, structure, and inspiration, I strive to facilitate the achievement of goals on a personal and professional level.”
