Chef Vesh is spicing up the Austin culinary scene with his fresh take on food and flavors by introducing true fusion cooking blending the Asian street foods of Malaysia and Thailand with European, Texas BBQ, and American classics.

About Chef Vesh:

Chef Vesh was born and raised in Malaysia, a country with diverse cultural influences and representations. Early on, he enrolled in a program through the University of Toulouse that saw him learning French cuisine. From there, he completed a variety of on-the-job training through various stints at high-end hotels.

After college, he landed a job at Carnival Cruises where he traveled the world and cooked on a daily basis for 5000+ people. After a year at sea, he decided to become an on-flight personal chef and spent time traveling the world once again, offering his services to musicians, actors, activists, and various other influential people.

As Chef Vesh continued to work and explore the world, he honed his own unique style and flavors. Today, he brings something completely different to the Austin food scene.
