About Kababji Grill:

Starting in the bustling streets of Pakistan’s food capital, Gujranwala, a city where every street corner is a feast and every meal tells a story, the owners and chefs of the Kababji Grill began to evolve their culinary arts when they moved to Kuwait. There, olives, feta, and fresh herbs brought new dimensions to their flavor palettes and they became eager to incorporate what they saw as ingredients that captured the soul of Mediterranean comfort and infuse it with those they were familiar with.

After 25 years, the culmination of this work is their restaurant in Round Rock where they hope to bring a taste of what they consider to be the best of two worlds across the seas to our local communities.
