Chef Mason is an alumnus of the prestigious Johnson & Wales University (AS ’14 & BA ’17). A native of Baltimore, MD, he has worked at some of Charm City’s most historic establishments, including the Maryland Historical Society, Phillips Seafood, and The Candlelight Inn. Through these experiences, he has honed his skills in French Classical and Italian cuisine.

 

Chef Mason continued his culinary journey in sunny Florida, where he expanded his expertise to include Japanese, Indian, West African, Mediterranean, and Latin cuisines. Although he is new to the Lone Star State, he is no stranger to the bold, distinctive flavors that Texas is famous for—whether it’s through an open pit, smoker, grill, or fire.
