Appetizer:

Special Spring Rolls (grilled pork and shrimp sausage and vegetables wrapped in rice paper served with special peanut sauce)
Shrimp Spring Roll (shrimp and vegetables wrapped in rice paper served with special peanut sauce)
Fried Egg Roll (pork and vegetable)

Main:

Wonton Soup (pork and shrimp wrapped in wonton)
Stir-fried Crab Glass Vermicelli w/ special sauce
Chicken Fried Rice

Dessert:

Almond Coconut Cookies
