DINNER DESCRIPTION

The winner of this auction will receive a 3-course, hands-on, immersive cooking experience in a location of their choosing for 8 guests with Certified Executive Chef Uyen Pham from the Culinary Institute of America. This custom class will focus on learning techniques and demystifying Asian ingredients.

The winning bidder can choose any one of the following cuisines; Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, or Filipino. Chef Pham will collaborate with the bidder on dietary restrictions and suggest wine pairings to accompany the meal.
