DINNER DESCRIPTION

Chef Laila Bazahm will prepare a 4-course family meal with Sangria pairing. 8 guests will enjoy this culinary celebration of Barcelona’s Asian Diaspora.

  • Filipino Ceviche:
    Hamachi, coconut-leche de tigre, plantains
  • Las Bravas:
    Crispy potatoes, yuzukosho brava sauce, yuzu aioli
  • Iberico Pork Collar Adobo:
    Filipino escabeche, fried milk buns, marcona & grape salad.
  • Chicken Brochette Paella:
    Spanish-vaudovan masala, cardamom-sofrito emulsion, green chili raita
  • Ssam de Costillas:
    24-hour slow cooked short rib, soy sesame glaze, strawberry gochujang, pickles & lettuce wraps.
  • Pasteis de Nata:
    Macau style Portuguese custard egg tarts.
  • El Raval Sangria
