DINNER DESCRIPTION
The Peached Tortilla offers a 3-course meal for 8 guests consisting of the following:

Appetizers (choose two of the following for the table – add an additional appetizer for $6 paid at the restaurant)

• Asian Pear Miso Salad (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) baby kale & mixed greens, overnight pear kimchi, radish duo, herbs, miso pear vinaigrette
• Thai Chop Chop Salad (contains shellfish and peanuts) chopped napa, fried tofu, green apple, fried shallots, thai vinaigrette, fish sauce, caramel, herbs (vegetarian option available upon request)
• Kimchi Arancini Balls aonori, wasabi & sriracha aioloi
• Crispy Umami Chicken Wings (GF) fish sauce vinaigrette, herbs, shallotts
• Pork Belly Buns Vietnamese braised pork belly, green onions, cucumbers, Chinese BBQ sauce (vegetarian option available upon request)
• Mom’s Toast (contains shellfish) chopped shrimp, ground pork, gochujang chili sauce, fresh herbs

Entrees (choose from the following)

• Hanger Steak Ssam (contains shellfish) sous vide hanger, house kimchi, shiso, rice (this entree incurs +$3/per person paid at the restaurant)
• Lush Pork Belly Bowl (contains shellfish) five spice pork belly, house kimchi, pickled daikon carrots, 45 minute egg, rice
• Southern Fun braised brisket, kale, bean sprouts, wide rice noodles (vegetarian option available upon request)
• #60 Fried Rice char siu (Chinese roasted pork), shiitakes, scrambled egg, herbs, sweet tea, pickled red onions
• Dan Dan Noodles (contains peanuts) five spice pork, chili peanut sauce, cucumbers (vegetarian option available upon request)
• Malaysian Chicken (contains peanuts & shellfish) half-roasted chicken basted in hot soy honey, Chinese broccoli, lemongrass sauce, jasmine rice
• BBQ Brisket Tacos southern dry-rubbed brisket, creamy apple slaw, roasted peach BBQ sauce (gluten-free with corn tortillas)
• Banh Mi Taco Vietnamese braised pork belly, pickled daikon carrot, sriracha mayo, cilantro
• Spiced Cauliflower Tacos (vegetarian) arugula, kewpie mayo, toasted coconut, peanuts, watermelon radish, lime wedge (Gluten-free with corn tortillas)

Sides (choose one of the following)

• Charred Brussels Sprouts bacon jam, parmesan, lemon oil (vegetarian option available upon request)
• Blistered Shishito Peppers kewpie mayo, salt
• Salt & Pepper Squid (GF) Sichuan peppercorn,  kewpie, fresnos, lime

Dessert (optional add-on for $5 per person paid at the restaurant)

• Asian Movie Night (GF) popcorn ice cream, asian caramel, rice puff
• Chili Crisp Ice Cream (VG, contains peanuts) popcorn ice cream, Sichuan chili crisp
• Banana Nutella Spring Rolls (VG) coconut whipped cream, powdered sugar
• Oolong Milk Tea Flan (VG) hibiscus sugar, brown sugar caramel
