DINNER DESCRIPTION

Hot pot is a flavorful broth traditionally served inside a large pot with a centralized heat source to keep the soup simmering and accompanied by an array of hearty ingredients such as various meats and vegetables.

Soupleaf Hot Pot is proud to offer the following dining experience for 8 Asian Eats ATX guests:

Five Hot Pot Stock Options
- Tonkotsu
  pork bone roasted into a light creamy, canton stock
- Mala
  a numbing fiery szechuan spice dance in a pork bone broth. extra spicy available upon request
- Bone Broth
  water, herbs, sinew, marrow and lovely collagen
- Shitake
  deep umami rich mushroom steeped broth
- Miso
  kelp & bonito broth mixed together with fermented soy bean paste

Each serving comes with a variety of assorted meats and vegetables as well as two premium crab legs and one round of frozen lychee margaritas!
