Soupleaf Hot Pot

Embodying the essence of a true mom-and-pop establishment, Soupleaf is a family-owned, community-driven, Canton-style Hot Pot restaurant. Hot pot, a 2,000-year-old tradition from Asia, serves as a beautiful way to gather friends, family, and loved ones to celebrate a bountiful harvest over a roaring soup.

About Soupleaf Hot Pot:

Owned and operated by Jin and her devoted sons, Nelson and Nick, this family-operated hot pot restaurant takes pride in serving their community with dishes made from scratch using the freshest ingredients available.

The owner, Jin’s journey starts in rural China where she left school to immerse herself in the business of the family restaurant. She was instilled with a deep respect for authentic, farm-to-table cuisine, a tradition carried on at Soupleaf here in Austin. It’s this commitment to quality and tradition that drives Soupleaf’s dedication to hand-craft their soups from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients.

Their mission is simple: extend the comfort and joy of home-cooked meals to our beloved city, inviting you to savor the love and warmth in every bite.
